Hillcrest Crossing is a 28 acre commercial development project located adjacent to Highway 37, southeast of the intersections of Old and New SR 37 in northern Lawrence County. It consists of 20,000 square foot single story retail/office building that currently houses the Lawrence Monroe Health Care Center. The 28 acre site also has plenty of room for any type of “build-to-suit” building requirement.
 
Hillcrest is ideally located between Bedford and Bloomington in the un-incorporated town of Judah. This beautiful location is only 13 miles from Bloomington, the home of Indiana University, and 8 miles from Bedford. It is also located only 29 miles from the Crane Navel Base. It is high visibility and has easy access right off of 4-lane state highway 37 this site offers untapped business potential due to location, traffic frequency and volume and local draws.
 
Lawrence and Monroe counties combined have a population in excess of 175,000 people with Bloomington drawing up to 30,000 students annually.
 
Hillcrest Mall was built in 2005. The exterior is block, metal and brick with plenty of paved parking available. The suites range from 1,200 to 3,000 square feet in the single story building and 3,000 to 5,000 square feet in the 2-story building. The building is total electric with service supplied by the Utilities District of Western Indiana REMC.
